WHAT IS YOUR ROLE AT CSA?

As Head of Embedded Systems, I coordinate the deployment and tasks of my employees, lead the team leaders, plan technology projects and pass on my knowledge and experience to young colleagues.
In some projects, I take over the project management and am responsible for the communication with the customer.

WHY DID YOU OPT FOR THIS ROLE?

I have been enthusiastic about technology since I was a child. With an apprenticeship as an electronics technician and subsequent studies at a university of applied sciences, I was able to learn my dream job.

WHAT HAS BEEN THE BEST THING AT CSA UNTIL NOW?

I like to develop innovative yet solid solutions for complex tasks in customer projects.
Boost camps, technology afternoons, meetups and anniversary trips - it's always a highlight when the potential of the employees can be called upon and we take a step forward together.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY DOING WHEN YOU’RE NOT AT WORK?

I spend time with my family. I also like to pursue a technology project from time to time. And then there's always something to tinker with in and around the house.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU WON A MILLION IN THE LOTTERY??

I would give myself a longer time off.
